External sources
In addition to patient data, we integrate other systems such as staff scheduling (Inplanning and Ortec) and environmental factors (e.g., weather information). This data enriches our models or, when combined with the output of the AI models, provides directly actionable insights.
Prediction latform
The core of the platform is its predictions. The platform contains predictions of patient pathways (who, where, when, where to), department occupancy, and care demand for all clinical departments.
Pacmed applications
Through Pacmed's applications, we make capacity forecasts directly accessible to planners, healthcare professionals, and managers. The applications display the forecasts in clear overviews and dashboards. Each application combines insights specific to a use case, department, or user.
Workflow integration
Besides Pacmed's applications, predictions can also be directly embedded in other tools. Think of Single Sign-On (SSO), embedded screens in the electronic health record (EHR), and predictions visible directly in planning tools. Or have an AI agent advise you on the best options based on the data and predictions.
Interoperability with leading EHR and PDMS systems
We have experience extracting data from various hospital source systems: EHRs, PDMS systems, data lakes, workforce planning systems, and more. During the data extraction process, we utilize international data standards (FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED), while remaining flexible in adapting to the specific needs of the hospital.
