The Pacmed prediction platform integrates real-time patient data with environmental factors (e.g., weather information) and enables the creation of advanced AI models. This allows complex AI models to be trained on demand to model patient trajectories, department occupancy, and care demand, and to generate real-time forecasts. We integrate these predictions seamlessly into the workflow.

Interoperability with leading EHR and PDMS systems

We have experience extracting data from various hospital source systems: EHRs, PDMS systems, data lakes, workforce planning systems, and more. During the data extraction process, we utilize international data standards (FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED), while remaining flexible in adapting to the specific needs of the hospital.
